Menus and Miles September 4th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!
Have you seen that commercial with the Camel in for over the Hump Day? I didn't even pay attention to what they are advertising or the point but I liked the Camel.
I think I am going to have to go jean shopping soon. I am not a fan of jean shopping but unlike my dress pants they are all faded and need to be replaced. Do you have a brand that really like. Something that could be worn on jean Friday at work.

had a business meeting at an Italian restauraunt today for lunch. I ordered an appetizer that was supposed to be meatballs, well they were breaded. UGH. had a little pasta fagiole also. When I eat out with my family I just say I don't care where we go but I have to get meat and vegetables. We have been avoiding italian restauraunts. they did have salads, but they didn't look like they had hardly any protein in them.
B scrambled egg with hummus and tomato, whole wheat toast
S almonds
L meatball appetizer and a little pasta fagiole
S kashi go lean
D cabbage and baked fish
Vites good, miles none, carbs, protein and calories good. Water still working on my 8 cups. Had to travel to Pittsburgh (2 1/2 hours) for the meeting so whole routine was off kilter. Have go to Pgh again tomorrow for a class.

We are going to an Italian Restaurant tonight. I was thinking about meatballs. I will have to call and see how they make them.
About the only time I go to Pgh. is for an All-Star cheer competition or to the Drs. What restaurant did you eat at? My DD's wedding reception a couple of weeks ago was at Zarras Italian Restaurant.
Which Kashi Go Lean do you use? I always ate the "Good Friends" but I can't find it anywhere local.
I like the variety!
