Happy Labor day!!! Went to the fair this evening

for some reason my whole message did not post!

At the fair only ate some chili, though the fair food looked mighty good

B scrambled egg with red pepper, tomato rolled up in deli turkey

S cottage cheese and peach

L tuna/olive oil mayo/relish whole wheat crackers

S greek yogurt/kashi go lean

D chili at the fair

S syntrax nectar chocolate truffle

vites yes, miles no, numbers good

Chili and Soup are always my go to food when I can't find something heathier on the menu.
