Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!

Happy Labor Day!  I hope everyone's getting to relax today or catch up on some things that will make the rest of the week easier.

I did get on earlier to post M&M and when I turned on the computer my DD's wedding pictures popped up.  SIL and I were trying to get them to download last night from the e-mail they sent us but we thought we failed at the task so it was a big surprise.  I've been printing pictures all day.

Are their a lot of bus stops? Living in the country there aren't to many but the busses drive so slow on the back roads. I put at least one of my grandkids on the bus most days so I am always following a bus in the morning.  When we got our hours cut because of the budget my Director took that into account and I start at 9:30 every morning so now I don't have to rush.

One of the girls at work made onion dip last week and it was so good I had trouble staying out of it. She made it with Greek cream cheese so I guess it wasn't as bad as some of the other things they have made.

Sounds Good!

I left the house about 15 minutes early and missed all the mayhem this morning!  Woot!  If I leave too late I follow 2 buses through the neighborhood's main street. A stop means about 30 kids get on the bus. Then, I come to an intersection where I have to turn right with traffic coming out of another subdivision and get in line to turn left along with about 15 buses and a hundred or so cars. {sigh}

Tomorrow everyone in the house is back to school!  I'm trying not to think about the fact that this will be my last long weekend (or 2 day weekend for that matter****il mid-October.  Ah well, it should go fast.

Today husby and I went for an hour long hike in the county park - very hilly, really felt it in my legs - which is good.

b- protein shake 15g

l - oatmeal w/egg

snack - protein lemonade 15g

snack - guacamole (my own recipe - avocado, salsa, parmesan, worchestshire) had a few spoonfuls than gave it to husby to eat with chips

dinner - carbless pizza creation from yesterday

don't know what else yet - early bedtimes for all.

Our schools started last week.

My friend loves guacamole.  I almost picked up a flavoring pack of it but at the last minute decided to go with my old faithful ranch.

Sounds Good!

I pretty much did nothing all day.  It felt kind of good.  At about 10 last night I decided to do the dishes so I didn't have to wake up to them.

Sounds Good!

Not knowing if I'm going to dum*****t keeps me on my toes all of the time.  I fear dumping and spoiling the day for myself and anyone with me.

Sounds OK...lol
