WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!

Moved a load to the MILs condo from her old house today. 

Breakfast  Coffee with creamer and splenda

snack  granola square

lunch  half a 6 inch flatbread

snack the other half of  6 in flatbread

dinner  1/3 pork chop and corn on cob

snack protein shake

Hello,

Still sleeping a lot - slept late today, ate breakfast, then went back to bed - so no lunch.  But, did get my lazy butt out to do a bike ride - I have a recumbent, and my husby and I explored the park down the street.  35 minutes of trails, I was sweating when we got back.

b - ghp hot chocolate

b - steel cut oatmeal w/egg

s - ghp lemonade protein drink

d - chicken breast (1 oz) asparagus & beet salad, seaweed salad

Prolly have something else later, but that's it so far.

Canned two bushels of tomato sauce today.  My poor husband was running the squeezo strainer from 9 am to 4 pm. 

B scrambled eggs, tomato, half slice ww bread

L fat free ricotta, peach

D left over prime rib, cucumbers

S whole wheat crackers, string cheese

D veggie salad with egg and prime rib, sunflower seeds

S Syntrax cappuccino shake with ff milk

miles Rest?, fluids 12 cups, vites yes, carbs, calories and protein good.
