Percentages?!

Good morning! Can someone remind me what the average percentage of weight loss is expected after what period of time? For example...50% after 6 months...or something like that!

Thanks! That's exactly what I was looking for! It's easy to get caught up in the pounds lost instead of percentage lost and I need to come back to this post to get my reality check! I've saved it for future reference! AND...i'm on track!!!

Miche, so glad you are on track...that's awesome.

I try to post it once a week (or at least twice a month). We need reminding of it often...and it's good for newbies to see it.
