Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!

I'm hoping for a relaxing Sunday!  Do you have any plans?  I'm going to run to the grocery store after church and pick some turkey sticks and beef jerky.  I think they will help me fight the sweets monster. 

It's had to believe it's been one week since the wedding!  Yesterday my DD posted on her FB that her new Hubby left the toilet sit up and her and GD#1 fell in.  I think he is going to learn real fast that isn't a good idea when you live with 4 women...LOL

Going out on the bike today to Conneaut with some friends on the motorcycle.
Poor grand daughter tha****er feels very cold!

My daughter lives in Cleveland Heights, goes to Case. I see we had the same surgeon. I have been really happy, but they are so busy it is hard to get appointments, I actually live in PA south of Erie and trying to get dr appt and nut appt on same day is difficult.

breakfast: 3/4 scrambled egg teaspoon salsa

Lunch: 1/2 c saurkraut 1 oz pork

Snack: 3/4 scrambled egg cheddar cheese 1 and 1/2 slices of bacon

Dinner 2.5 oz meatloaf

Snack 3/4 c of milk 1 scoop pure country soy protein

Lucky You!   That's good you can eat scrambled eggs.  I love scrambled eggs but that's is one food that I just can't do.  It gets stuck for days. You would think that it would be a slider food but for some of us it isn't.

lol  Roz, too funny. Poor new DH! 

DH is playing golf and I did my 8 minutes of tanning. I have the turkey cutlets and Alfredo sauce in the crock pot...the recliner is mine and the house is quiet.  kiss

The recliner is yours....so funny!  I grab DH's up when I know he is going to be gone for awhile.  I want to get him a new one soon.  His isn't as comfortable as it used to be. It won't match but I might break down and get him a Camo one.
