Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!!!!!
Pulled my Mom and the shopping cart around the grocery store and had to keep telling her she couldn't have more than 1 package of cookies, no donuts, and no ice cream. DD is working out of town, and DSIL has a terrible toothache so I went and picked up the boys. GS#1 just started throwing up. How is your day going????

Having a nice day with grandbaby and husband. Went to the Polish festival, boy did those pastries look good, but not worth it. Did have a bite of a pierogi and a couple spoons of czarina (duck soup)
B eggs and oats with cranberries and walnuts
S hardboiled egg and roma tomato
L at festival 3/4 of a cabbage roll, some cabbage, bite of pierogi and a couple spoons czarina
S vanilla nonfat greek yogurt and peach
D not sure yet, will have to see what my protein and calorie numbers are and then decide
miles treadmill and upper body weights
Anne
I love noodles and cabbage....yum! Did they have any of those? I've never seen them at a festival but that maybe a Polish festival might have them.
Hope you made a good Protein choice for dinner!

They did have noodles and cabbage, but I abstained LOL, My husband is slovak so he loves all those foods. The czarnina was interesting duck soup with raisins and plums, kind of sweet and sour. They had giant sausages, my husband tried to behave but got a little carried away! My protein for supper was a salmon burger.
Anne
Maybe I will have to find one of those festivals around here. It's defiantly not something I could make because I love noodles and I would eat way to much.
Sounds like a Good Dinner!

Wow, Roz. I like my day better than yours. I spent the day at a horse show doing the scoring. The weather was spectacular and the only thing that would have made the day better was if I could have been driving my pony.
HOWEVER, it didn't do my food intack any good. I made poor choices most of the day although there weren't a lot of wonderful ones to choose between. After a week when my scale has been going up and up, I may skip Sunday weigh in tomorrow.
decaf protein coffee 33g
cornbread, ham
lemon protein 13g
chicken salad sandwich
snicker bar
chips
more candy
apple
turkey sausage, kraut
Protein shake 33g

AWE Price....wouldn't it be nice if WLS was permanent without having to making choices? I left my guard down for a minute and had a cookie.
