Price, I agree...no way you could eat that many extra calories in a week, suspect it's water retention related. But you will get back down.

I am following eating plan and exercise... For 4 weeks the weight would not budge but last week I saw some drop...even my clothes fit differently.. But until I see 162 or under - I don't consider that a real weight loss.
On a good note - even though I am on steroids and finally my BP is OK (not too low) I am well within my range...
My goal is 152- 157... With 154 as a maintenance and 160 as as panic point... (a weight that once you reach it you panic and go back to tracking)
