Sunday Weigh In
Stayed the same this week.
Last week 142
This week 142.
Tomorrow, we will be in Asheville...dh is having hand surgery to repair a deep cut on the top of his thumb. Spent the better part of Tues afternoon in Urgent Care...dh tried to slice off his left thumb! (He was carrying in the bottom half of a toilet and tripped up the front steps...shattered it and cut his thumb and the palm of his hand). We headed to the ER but ended up at Urgent Care on the way...turns out one of the doctors on our insurance list does Urgent Care in his office. While there, we asked about him doing labs from the list we have. He's fine with it! So now he is our PCP.
Saw an orthopedist here but he decided, based on the cut on the pad of his thumb, that a hand surgeon would be better and they are located about 30 miles away (We sit in between Asheville, Spartanburg, and Greenville) And with us using a NC based Medicare plan, we will end up in Asheville most of the time.
Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon as outpatientat the surgery center.

Last week 125
this week 128?????
I know I was in the M&Ms a few times and had a carb or two but I swear I didn't eat 10500 extra calories this week.
So, I am adding in a 1 mile walk each day to my schedule along with my Zumba on Sunday, muscle pump on Mon and Wed. And cutting all the darn carbs. I'll make taco chips and carbquick rolls this afternoon to help with the process. Walk for today is already done, driving Halley then going to Zumba.
