That will happen during the honeymoon period so you don't want to become a habit.

My scale went up a couple too and I don't like it all but I deserve it!!! So far today No Sweets....not because of my willpower.  There just wasn't any temptations floating around the office.

Sounds Good!

I always get the shrimp appetizer I would like the roasted turkey but it's just to much for me to eat. It's those buns and cinnamon butter that are the killers!!!

Sounds Good!

I'm still on vacation till next Weds.  it is hard sticking to plan without my usual regime.  I think we have eaten out daily. DH will ask where i want to go.  I always say "meat and vegetables"

I am canning for the first time in 10 years, I just didn't have the energy 90 lbs ago. I am pretty tired and at least one more canner lad to go.  I am making dilly beans, tomorrow I have some tomatoes to can from my garden.

B salmon with a little mayo and relish, half banana

S hard boiled egg and tiny tomato

L grilled shrimp and veggies

S fat free ricotta and blueberries don't love fat free ricotta

D chicken and cottage cheese

Weight has been hanging between 162 and 163.8 for almost 2 weeks, I am exercising harder and drinking lots of liquid.  hoping for a drop soon.  haven't been in the 150's for probably 20 years.

It's hard for me when I'm out of routine too.  I have a tendency to eat on the weekends.

I use to can a lot.  We loved canned deer meat. I think I still have my pressure cooker. I showed see if I can find my old recipes before hunting season.

It looks like a good Protein day!
