It's pretty hot here today. You have to have the air on in the car because putting the windows down was ridiculously hot. You DS apartment is probably miserable.

Trying to get some work finished so I can be off the rest of the week. 1/2 day tomorrow then heading to my parents for the rest of the week. I have my 4 year WLS appointment Thursday morning with my surgeon(or the PA).

Weather here in MI has been absolutely gorgeous. Low 80's and low humidity, sunny. Beautiful! Not sure how long it will last, but I'll take it.

S - 2 SF bread and butter pickle spears (love'em!)
S - some cashews (not many, they can upset me)
D - chicken w/hot sauce and ranch dressing, fried green tomatoes and zucchini

garbage food today
store - bought ( fried ) potato croquettes ( about 4 overthe course of the morning ) from raiding landlord's fridge . Orange juice .
Full fat fresh mozarell cheese ( from raiding landlord's fridge )
cheese pierogies in pesto / fatfree alfredo sauce ( not too bad totals )
more mozarell cheese
interior of eggplant calzone fordinner ( again raiding landlord's fridge )
fatfree cottage cheese
I feel like my guts are SWIMMING in OIL Need to purchase GROCERIES !!
Your menu sounds normal today....haha. I actually know what some of things are that you ate. Are you going to have a tummy ache after eating all of that fat?
