WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Hmm... working on getting to see Tony Robbins in London next year, but it's EXPENSIVE and DH isn't impressed with my costly DS life (starting with surgery costs and now protein and vits!!) - hmm... have to catch him at a good time!! ;-)

I spend so much less now.  A candy bar or chips (or both), full meals, soft drinks each day costs way more than what I spend now on my Protein and supplements.  I think the worst part is I buy my stuff 6 months at a time so it's a big chunk at one time.

HAHA...you wouldn't have thought that if you had seen me eating wedding cake the last couple of days.  I am sooooo glad that I only brought 3 small slices home.

B eggs n oats with smoked turkey and swiss

L Olive garden 3/4 bowl of pasta fagiole and a little salad

S low fat ricotta with mixed berries

D taco salad with black beans

S probably some greek yogurt with fiber one mixed in

Spent most of day doing pre college shopping.  Expensive AND tiring.

School/Dorm Shopping was a fun time but I do not miss paying the bill.

It looks like you are trying to get some protein in but I'm still concerned about the total.

It looked like it was going to be another rainy day but the shower have stayed away.  I got a drive in with Halley this morning, then some work in client charts and reconciling accounts. Thor has slept all day and hasn't eaten since for 2 days.  We have gotten his meds in him but that has been it.  He goes back to the Vet tomorrow.  Hopefully he will have eaten something by then.
