MONDAY GRATEFUL POST
Good Monday Morning Everyone,
We have lots of choices to make everyday in our life....one of the choices that we make daily is to be grateful for what comes your way in life. We can either decide to be grateful for everything ( both good and bad ) that comes our way or be ungrateful. Life is SO MUCH easier when you are grateful for everything. The not so wonderful things that come your way will teach you much needed lessons for your life. Today I choose to be grateful for everything that comes my way. Today I am grateful for Obesity Help and all the amazing, wonderful, caring people who are on here daily whether you are just lurking...reading and learning about WLS or whether you've been on here for years such as myself. I am grateful for my WLS and the years of maintenance that I have had. Grateful for all the things that I have learned on this lifelong journey to a better and healthier life since my surgery. Grateful for the love and support of my family ( they didn't support my decision for surgery in the beginning )...so glad that they finally realized that I made the "right decision" for me and my life. Grateful for my hubby's job, my home, health insurance and my precious 1 yr. old granddaughter. Grateful for another day to make better choices than yesterday. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed and safe day today.
GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!! THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Good morning, Vivian!
Today I am grateful for: 1) The great information found on OH 2) my supportive family 3) my hubby has his first meeting with the WLS doctor tomorrow! 4) my success has been the motivation hubby says he needed to move forward with WLS 5) my job, my hubby's job and our life together.
Have a great week everyone!
Silly as it may seem, I'm grateful for the guy I'm dating. It's only been a short time, but he gets me out of my headspace while I continue to look for a job. And I am ever grateful for friends and family
RNY 8/27/09 SW: 250 LW: 170 CW: 175 On the right path again!!!
35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
I am grateful for my friends on OH. This journey since WLS would not have been nearly as easy without them. I'm grateful when my pouch tells me no while my head is telling me yes-eat it!! I am grateful I had a wonderful Christian surgeon who knew what was best for me. I'm grateful for the support of my family(only one was pleased about me having surgery and she is still a strong supporter of mine). Everyone else is now very happy with the results and know it was a good decision for me.
I am grateful for my job which I love and enjoy even when it gets really stressful. I am so blessed with my daughter, son, son in law, daughter in law and my 3 precious grandchildren whom I love with all of my heart. I am so very grateful that I still have both of my parents alive and well that I can visit with and talk with.
I feel truly blessed!
