No clear sign, the painful rock behind the breastbone tells me it's too late. I just threw up one bite, and then I was better. Drank protein after that. Really need to slow down. most often I eat alone but DH was with me and I think I got caught up in his rhythm. Will definitely be more careful in the future.

I don't make my own salsa, I buy it from the grocery store. It's freshly made from their produce. I wouldn't call it organic but close.
