Started raining here last night and is suppose to rain all day.  Oh well, we did have a few days with no rain.  Zumba instructor is gone to a conference today.  I will go if there is a guest instructor and if not, I guess I will go to the gym and work out anyway.  I need to get out and do something.  As much as I love to knit, I need more movement.

Also need to do some carbquick cooking.  Used the last of my rolls this morning.

Weekends are hard for me too but it is because I have the guys home and have to cook more than usual.  My usual is meat and a veggie but that doesn't get it for DS.  Most times, I just add some carbs like french frys or biscuits but sometimes it is hard to figure out.

decaf protein coffee  33g
carbquick breakfast sandwich (eggbeater, ham, cheese)
turkey pepperoni, cheese stick
caribean cooler protein  13g
beans and greens soup, cornbread
protein shake  33g

Looks good so far Price.  I think I actually see the sun shining outside right now.

I cooked a Carbquik Turkey Peppersoni/Turkey Sausage Pizza for lunch - it is really good.  I'm trying a carbquik Apple Pie - we will see how it taste afterwhile.

I was going to fix some butternut squash fries, but they take so long.  Might do them after while.

I am cleaning my house this afternoon - it really needs it.

Italy - wow that sounds so wonderful!  Have a great trip.

Ok - lunch a Big Mac - is that like McDonalds' Big Mac.  I tried to eat like 1/4 of one of those about a year ago, it made me so sick.  Did it bother you?

Good protein total.

Nope, I was fine with the McDonald's Big Mac  I removed half the bun and it went down fine.  I can eat quite a lot with this old sleeve.  I just skip rice, pasta, bread and potatoes normally and am able to eat the rest of the normal seving.

Hi Anne,

Food for the day looks good.  I love oatmeal but can't eat it now.  Everytime I try it makes my heart race and I get real dizzy - no idea why unless it is the carbs in it.  It is funny how we can eat some things and others make us not feel too good.

I do better when I'm at work too.  Hang in there this week - with being off and the stress of sending your baby off to college.

Went to the county fair yesterday and walked so much I was stiff and slept late today.  Taking it very easy today.  Tried new foods today and not doing so well.  Just threw up (regurgitated) for the first time - did that a lot with the lap band.

Breakfast - oatmeal w/an egg and unsweetened applesauce mixed in.

GHP - hot chocolate 15 grams protein

GHP - lemonade - 15 grams protein

dinner - turkey meatloaf (made with spinach and ricotta - no breadcrumbs) 20 grams protein

(that's what my fitness pal says, but I'm not sure - this is what I threw up - the last bite - think I ate it too fast - live and learn).

probably done for the day as my stomach is hurting now.

Sorry your dinner did not agree with you.  I would go light for a while until you feel better.  Do you have a sign that tells you when you are full?  My nose starts running.  It can get back sometimes if we eat too fast.

Hope you feel better.
