Trish, I had a few months scattered in there that I went up, not down. (Thankfully only a lb or two) but the typical trend was down for the most part.

Linda, you are doing good at staying in a range.

And yes, meeting IRL is fun.

Lunch was great... I think I ate more fat than they did..   but even as RNY - I stay away from carbs - fats - are my friends.. - natural the best..

H.a.l.a. B does exist too...and she didn't even know she was a lightweight!

Yes, maybe you did but I ate more the rest of the day...since I came home to fat bombs, LOL.

The fat bombs sound really good.. I do wish my system could handle them.. Not only I don't need them, but my poor system can handle some fat most days.. but too much fat with my poor pouch ... it does not work well..  I would not mind the runs.. the  gas and the nausea is what kills me..

Gotta ask , whats a fat bomb -?  Im imagining pistachio coated bacon wrapped barbequed brisket  followed by CHEESECAKE

Ava, a fat bomb is a way for those who need fat (and eating almost no carbs cause that is what makes us fat)  to get in good fats and help AVOID constipation.
