Hope you had a good vacation.  I only have to work 2 1/2 days next week then off to my parents.  I can do good all week, but weekends are my downfall especially with this weather.  It rains all the time now.

Menu looks good.

LOL-that was cute Price!!   I guess y'all sent all the rain down our way.  It has done nothing but rain everyday just about.  Started last night and has not let up all day long.

French toast - boy that sounds good.  What kind of bread did you use?

Good protein.

Arnolds 10 grain healthful, I think ,  It has 80 calories and 5 g of protein so it isn't horrible.  I struggle with stuff to make on Sat and Sun for breakfast that isn't way carby.  My guys would love pancakes, biscuits etc every day.

I need to figure out how to make bread  or tortilias with Carbquik.  I made some blueberry biscuit things and they are really yummy and not to bad on the calories.  DH even eats them.  They have artificial sweetner in them though.

I made some blueberry pancakes with carbquik and they are delicious.  I have SF syrup that I put on them - boy are they good.

I think I'm going to do a little cooking this afternoon.  I need to get my meals ready for next week.

Do you put protein in your chai tea lattes?  I don't think I've ever had potato croquettes they sound good but probably lots of carbs.

I bought a butternut squash yesterday and am going to try and make the butternut squash fries again.  They were really good but very time consuming.
