Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period

Linda E. said she could do M&M for me on Sunday...thank you!

It's Friday LW's!!!!!    I came to work an hour early and leaving at 11:30.  My Mom, DD's and DGC are all going to the nail salon at noon.  It is going to be so much fun!  I feel bad for the Nail Technicians so I am going to have to tip them good....LOL

DD and DGD's had their last fitting and they all look so beautiful.  I just had one tiny spot on my neckline that gapped a little and she took care of that.  The seamstress said she loved my dress.  I've always dreamed of a owning a "little for a 60 yr. old)  black dress so I'm really glad that is what my DD wanted me to get and I only paid $33.00 for it!  I feel like the dresses I got for the other 3 weddings (spent hundreds) were made from drapery material to cover up  my access weight so this is another dream coming true because of my WLS!!!

Hi Roz,

Hope you will share some pictures with us.  I loved seeing the manicure pictures - looked like so much fun!!  I am so glad it is Friday and I'm off for the weekend.  Hope the weather is beautiful for y'all this weekend.  I think everyone needs that "little" black dress!! $33.00 what a great deal.

I didn't get home from wor****il around 9pm last night.  DH's aunt spent the night with us last night.  She is 85 and has had 4 knee surgeries and having problems again so he took her to a doctor here.  He is going to redo her knee again the second week in September.  Hope this is the fix for her.  She is very active and is having a really hard time walking now.
