This is the last real day of our vacation, we travel home tomorrow. Anyway, today is another day of driving the golf cart for me. Poor hubby has not played well the entire trip but he's bound and determined to keep trying. Tonight we are signed up for a Winemaker's dinner--5 course meal with appropriate wine pairings at each one. Should be interesting. I'll be watching DH to make sure he doesn't lick his steak knife in front of everyone. {sigh}

I am still struggling with head hunger. I am still trying to de carb. I don't know why for the past couple of days I'm experiencing hunger.

to me Ure eating way too much fat ... when I eat at a fast food place the next day .. i crave MORE fast food though i guarantee the day before it made me feel SICK .
Its the high fat content for me ..its a rebound effect .. the more U eat the more stomach acid U produce .. the hungrier you are
It's 9:30 and I am just now getting around to this. Very busy day and no playing of any kind. Getting ready to have my protein shake and go to bed.

greek dolmas ( rice wrapped in grape leaves in lemon juice / olive oil marinade ) about 10 last nite and this morning - one gram fat each .
curried chicken salad w baby field greens , edamame , roasted squash , quinoa and fat free dressing .
lunch - marinated broiled colossal shrimp w butter buds ... pasta salad w eggplant , fresh tomatoes , broccoli from garden .
For the record I'M THOROUGHLY SICK OF PASTA BUT LANDLORD FLATLY REFUSES TO EAT RICE AND BEANS !!!!

I'm trying to encourage myself to start running and rollerblading in the mornings again ... its like getting a creaking fully stopped machine to take its first steps lol .. where ARE the sneakers ? the workout bras ? the headphones n charged i phone lol ... sunscreen .. ponytail holders , lightweight housekeys ... you know what I'm EXCITED to finally start showing up for myself after this exhausting and thoroughly draining one sided " marriage " where I think I was just considered a workhorse to be mercilessly used , financially starved and unappreciated literally to DEATH ( like his previous wife ) .
I Thank God for the loving friends who helped support my ESCAPE from that trap .. and the efforts to build a far better more productive meaningful life .((()))
