I had breast cancer a few years ago and still have to take tamoxifen which is an estrogen blocker .  Pregnancy related hormones can bring the cancer out of remission oo .

Color me confused.  A few weeks ago you were talking divorce and now you want a baby?  Is that really a great idea given your marital issues, as well as a step son you detest?  I hope you are thinking things through as having a child is a major, life changing decision, and the life that is changed isn't yours.  You sound so incredibly busy and things seem so erratic and up in the air for you.  I hope things work out well for you.

Why wouldn't you consider adoption?  There are a lot of kids out there in need of a loving home.
