Roz must be busy this morning so I'll get this started.
After big storms, trees down and power out last night, woke up to rain today. Light rain, but more water on soaked and soggy ground that is already flooded in low areas. No riding or driving for me today. Can't even get into the garden without getting drenched.

Well I made the almond cookies with Xylitol this time. Not only did they not come out correct, but they are entirely too sweet and Oscar (the grouch pouch) reacted violently to them. Sticking to stevia in the raw from now on in all baking/cooking. I had never used Xylitol before and won’t again. I still feel sick from the cookie last night.
I will persevere and not eat bad carbs today!

Water is low for the past couple days, working on getting my levels back up before I end up in the hospital with dehydration again.
Sorry your cookies didn't turn out. I don't have any problems with anything, well, soy milk does give me more gas than usual. but like I said, I would eat the peanut butter cookies frozen. I just can't have them around.

We may be getting thunder storms this morning, so I'm not sure if we're going to the golf course. Hubby didn't play well on the course he chose yesterday. I think we may be back on the mountain course today. There's more to keep me busy and the wildlife there is more interesting. You almost have to chase the deer and groundhogs off the tee to play. Update: 11AM tee time...we'll dodge rain drops.
