I really love chips too.  I try really hard not to ever buy them but when I go somewhere that they are out, my hand finds its way to the bag everytime.

Hi Price,

I'm late posting today.  It is almost time for bed now!  It came a storm here again this afternoon.  I was at work and time to get off, didn't have my umbrella so I called DH and told him I was staying at wor****il it stopped raining and I could get to my car.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

i think it is wet everywhere.  It cleared up a little while here but then after supper, was raining again.  sounds like a great food day for you!!!

stewed cabbage w butter buds and pasta pinwheels ( no fat )  marinated colossal shrimp bbqued with butter buds .. yum ! 

 

Apricots , red wine glass , chai tea lattes ... 

I DID eat a few biyes of  (oh no ) surprise  full-fat artisanal fresh mozzarell cheese when i traveled thru Bensonhurst ..

 

I feel big as a house right about now

I am new at posting here, so I am assuming this is for what we ate yesterday...I am trying to lose the last 15 lbs, so I hope posting here will help.  I had a HARD do yesterday,  I was had head hunger ALL DAY LONG!!!  I tried really hard to cut out/down those nasty carbs, but at the end of the day I caved in.  Not too bad but not the best choice....

 

B-Unjury Protein Coffee

S-Single serving beef jerky   21 G Protein

Welcome.  happy to have you posting with us.  Most of us post what we plan on having and go in and edit if we make changes but if it is easier to do what you ate yesterday, go for it.  The important thing is being accountable.  Looks like you are doing a good job at keeping your protein up and carbs down.  Those last pounds are hard for everyone.  I do a protein shake in the evening that helps to keep me away from snacks and ice cream.
