Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Hi Roz,

I'll do it, if someone has not started it by the time I get home from Sunday School.   When is your DH finished with ball season?  It must last a long time!!

Back to work today and back to my schedule - thank goodness.

This is suppose to be the last week of regular play and then play offs start next week. We aren't going tonight.  He has had a bad cough and not  feeling good and just came from the Drs.  They did an EKG and this afternoon he is going for another test.  The PA told him she thinks he has fluid around his heart and she is starting him on an antibiotic. I'll let you know when we hear anything.

Sounds low carb today!

Echo test turned out good. No fluid around his heart.  He started on some huge horse pills this evening.  I told him can't sick now we have a wedding on Sunday!

So glad there is no fluid around his heart.  I'll be praying he gets better quickly.

I had a Choc Chip Muffin today too but it was made with Carbquik and SF Chocolate Chips.

L - leftover japanese stir fry with steak and lots of rice.  It was yummy and I ate WAY too much.  I'm really thinking I can bypass dinner...

D - I won't be home until around 8pm.  I should just go to bed then

This must be the day for carbs.  I haven't had stir fry for a long time and boy does that sound good. DH won't eat stuff like that I never think to order it when we are out.

Hi guys,
Yesterday we played golf with a couple from Toronto. I loved their accents! lol  I got up early this morning as usual and went out on the balcony to see the meteor shower...6 in 20 minutes. Not bad, Perseid! 

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds, and protein coffee (30g)
S - JayRob protein bar and peanuts 
L - It will be late and likely combined with dinner (We went to a sports bar called the Tilted Kilt--think HOOTERS with the waitresses in skimpy Stewart plaid mini kilts. lol  Anyway, I ate 1/2 of an order of shepherd's pie) 
S - yes...Cheetos and chips
D - the other 1/2 of lunchtime shepherd's pie
S - TBD--maybe nothing
