Walked my 45 treadmill program(today was day 30 without missing a day)
Breakfast-Premier Protein shake with 2 Tbl. PB2(35 g. Protein)
Lunch-4.25 oz. shrimp w/ 2Tbl. ****tail sauce(19 g. Protein)
Dinner-3 oz. turkey burger(22 g. Protein)
Snack 1-9 mini rice cakes and 1 light laughing cow wedge(4 g. Protein)
Snack 2-Think Thin protein bar(20 g. Protein)
Daily totals-protein(100)calories(830)carbs(62)
Water-done
Vits and meds done
A very good day for me. My targets are protein 80-100, calories 800-1000, carbs 80(at most). Following my surgeon's plan.

Did you just have surgery 2.5 months ago?  I don't know much about the VSG but your totals seem so high to me.

I stopped at Walmart after work and boy did it start pouring.  It was pounding on the roof so loud.

I think you and I are practically the ones not having a carby day....LOL
