Menus and Miles Saturday August 10th
You know at the beginning you can get away with lots of stuff. She will be one in a couple of years that can't understand why she gained all her weight back. I know I mess up some, but I was very good for about the first year atleast before I started adding things back.
DGD's are here spending the night. I've tried to post pictures on Facebook, but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

L: Carbquik Blueberry Biscuit, deli ham, deli turkey, 1/2 slice reduced fat pepperjack cheese
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: 2 Chicken Taco's - inside only - couple of nacho chips w/ cheese dip
S: Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink
I also had about a spoonful of cupcake batter this morning while making cupcakes...
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 105 ozs
Miles: I did wash my car tonight.

I'm anxious to see her outcome. I never would have dreamed eating a donut so early out. She says she will never do that again because she got so sick but I know better. All of those old habits and cravings come back and you don't think about the consequences and maybe the next time she won't get sick so then there is a 3rd time etc.
Did you camp in the living room? DD#1 and her 2 little ones spent the night because SIL is biking in WV. It was nice to wake up to a giggling baby. It starts your day out right.
Except for the batter it looks good....LOL. I licked the spoon a few times when I was making the Carbquik muffins so I'm wondering if that's why I got sick. Spoon licks and then a muffin probably did put me over the edge with sugar alcohols. It is crazy how sensitive I still am to sugar and substitutes. I'm happy but it's crazy.
