Hello Everyone!

I too am new at this. I started my process of weigh-ins with my doctor in Feb. Well now it is August and I go on the 27th to my last one and on the 30th I go for pre-op and see if I get approved. I am 213 lbs , 5ft 4in and bmi approx 38. This has been a long road. My co-morbidities is Sleep Apnea, high cholesterol, vitamin b deficiency, vitamin d deficiency, osteoarthritis. I am ready for my surgery , hopefully on 9/12. I have been getting a lot of opions that I am not big enough to do the Gastric Sleeve, but I am wanting to do more in my life and with my kids and I want to be there to be part of their lives not jus****ching on the sidelines. I am excited to do this surgery but aggrevated with all of the opinions. Any other light weights experience this?
