Good Wednesday Everyone,

Hope your having a good week.   Hard to believe that the week is already half over.   I know LOTS today will be grateful for that.    We ALL have so very much in our lives to be grateful for everyday whether things are going great for us or not so good.   We should wake up every day with a grateful attitude that we are blessed with another day to live and to have another chance at maybe better choices in our food, exercise or whatever for today than we made yesterday.   Today I am so very grateful for my WLS, family, friends, Obesity Help and all the forums.    I am SO grateful that I am now back on track and at almost 8 yrs. post op if I do as I should  with water, exercise and eating the right foods that the scale will still move downward.    Grateful that I have not had any huge gain since my "honeymoon" phase in this life journey has been over for along time now.    Grateful that I chose to have WLS years ago.     PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed day !!!

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Grateful to be home after another trip.  I have a meeting tonight no more out of town for a while and I am grateful for that.
