Menus and Miles Tuesday Aug. 6th
I bet it's a lot easier to run through the house now! 64 miles isn't too bad especially compared to other one you go to.
We are getting our garage wall fixed and we have dirt piles at the edge of our property and my DH has been hiding marbles in them. The two 5 yr. olds are super excited because they think they are finding hidden treasures. I was fixing dinner and I could hear my grandson running toward the house screaming Grandma Grandma come and see!
I ordered 2 boxes of Carbquik, 2 kinds of SF low carb pancakes/waffles, SF honey, and some SF chocolate chips (Walmart hasn't had any).
WOW...that's a lot of calories! That's more than I eat all day!!! I love Applebee's steak/shrimp meal.

Hi Roz. Yea - I'd think they would have a better informational program. That's scary - and while most going into it would think it's great, those of us who have been through it, and have lived and learned, know better otherwise.

My PCP recommended him so I went to his office. The girl just handed me testing papers and told me to call her in Sept. There was no way I would even consider having someone operate on me who didn't want to even meet me until after my 6 months was finished. After my surgery I told my PCP that I didn't think he should be recommending him when there are specialists out there who have follow up care. The LW's are my support team and I learned almost everything from you all but like last month when I had food stuck for a couple of days I called my Surgeon's office.
Are you getting enough Protein in?
