Menus and Miles Sunday August 4th
I don't know much about the VSG. Do you have a list of food you are to choose from or are you suppose to avoid carbs and concentrate of Protein? I would appreciate know what your plan says for you to eat.

Hi Roz! Congrats on the upcoming wedding! AND - I totally get when you say you "should be starving". That happened to me on Thursday. Breakfast then nothing... until around 6pm. I KNEW looking at the menu I wouldn't eat much. It seems the longer I go the less I can eat.
Went on a motorcycle ride today - about 100 miles. Met a friend in Harpers Ferry WV for lunch, then I rode around on some back roads. Beautiful day today. Then I came back, washed the bike and decided to wash my car too.
B - coffee
L - BBQ pork and chicken, baked beans
D - leftover egg drop soup
Vits: yep
Water: drank a TON of iced tea around lunch. Working on more now.

I'm glad to hear you say that. I looked at the menu and thought the same thing. The only thing that I might have gotten down was the grilled cheese that the grandkids ordered.
Does your butt get sore? You wouldn't have as much padding as you used to have....LOL. My mom is 80 now and has dementia but she keeps talking about wanting to ride a motorcycle. As far as I know she had never been on one but every time she sees one she says the same thing.
Sounds Good!

With my regain a lot of it went into my butt, but I still have tailbone issues if I sit back too much (even on the comfy couch). Long rides I can feel it... but overall it's not too bad.

Oh that's good. Baby it as much as you can. I had tailbone when I lost pounds years ago and it is terrible terrible pain but it went away as soon as I gained my weight back. I kept track every month after WLS on whether I had pain or not. I would have stopped losing 20 pounds ago if I would have had tailbone pain. I never want to experience that again.
