Good morning,

Yay for Friday.  Cake is a real weakness for me and I crave it every single day.

Waiting for my protein powders to arrive so I’m down to unflavored (can’t stand it) and Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla and a few packets of Unjury Vanilla.  Thank goodness for almond milk and instant decaf coffee granules.   I love the Unjury Strawberry Sorbet protein powder in my pink lemonade and have developed a taste for Nectar Latte Cappuccino.  I’ve been craving salads lately so I’ve been indulging but cautiously since vegetables and my pouch don’t get along so well, so far, so good. Keeping my fingers crossed that the pouch doesn’t mutiny.

ALMOST bought a Hershey’s Special Dark candy bar this morning.  I was so tempted and even had it in my hand, but I put it down with a loud “NO” and kept going to pay for my turkey bacon.  I wanted it so bad, I could literally taste it.

Was on the way to the dog groomers this morning to drop off the Toy Poodle Gang and she called, her bather was not able to make it in and she couldn’t do the dogs today without help.  So had to go home and drop them off and still made it to work on time.  Tomorrow morning is bath day for 3 little dogs, anyone want to come over and help?

Have a great day,

Susan (Abbey, Diva and Sweets – the dirty Toy Poodle Gang)

cryingAww  I want to adopt a sweet lil doggie  SO BAD  but my million-year old extremeley posessive and attention- intensive beautiful Persian cat would probably KILL me if I nrought one home .  He says he's dog enough for any woman ... he walks on a leash , he comes when called .. he even chases soap bubbles  :)

He's really beautiful.  I couldn't deal with all the hair, though.  2 little short haired dogs inside, 2 ponies and 5 donkeys outside and I have more than enough hair.  I do want a cat however.

Drove Halley this morning and have been piddling with work.  I am still tired from my travels and I leave again on Sunday.  This time is to visit my sister and her family, niece and baby at Smith Mountain Lake.  The ponies will stay home this time.  Maybe I will actually get some rest.  It does mean I will have to work tomorrow to get stuff caught up before leaving.

I spent the entire day and evening on the road so less than optimal food choices .  Chai tea late w fatfree milk for breakfast ..

Then I bought a ( literally ) football sized whole wheat  turkey tomato , lettuce and cheese sandwich ( what are American portions COMING to these days ? surprise  Which I fed off literally THREE meals , breakfast lunch and dinner .. and had enough left over at 11 Pm when I got home to feed the cat turkey slices and  even to feed him again this morning .

Is it possible they put over a lb of meat on a sandwich ( with almost equal amount of fatty cheese ) ?  No wonder kids are HUGE if this is what their normal is .

diet Mt . Dew ( yes the carbonation made me burp all over the place ) , fresh  grapes and red wine .. mango chunks and a little of a fresh mango Italian Ice .
