Took my measurements for the first time since my surgery.  I didn't think to do my thighs, arms and calves but I should have.

 

Pre surgery 12/05/13 (day before surgery):

            Bust:  58

            Waist:  46

            Hips:  55

 

Post surgery 8/01/13:

            Bust: 41.5

            Waist: 34

            Hips: 42

 

Total inches lost:  41.5

5'6" HW: 285/ Surgery weight: 265/ GW: 145

Congrats!  I used to take my measurements every month on my surgiversary.  I had it all tracked on a spreadsheet, along with my weights.  I think it helps keep our sanity during the slow times!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Thank you for the support.

Getting on the scale is very frightening to me and I need to get on it again.  Measuring was easy because I've gotten into sizes that I haven't seen since High School.

When I was in most of the losing phase, I was going to Curves and they did monthly measurements.  Then I would put the numbers on the tracker on this site.  I loved watching the inches melt away.

I've been keeping an Excel spreadsheet of weight, BMI and inches.  It's truly amazing.
