WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I used to love to eat at Arby's.  I loved their curly fries!  Long day at work today.

Hi Roz,

How are the plants doing?

Last full day out of the office for a while.  My wedding rings are rolling all over my finger!  I need to have them resized.  Still battling the scale fear and will MAKE myself get on it on Sunday morning for weigh in.
