Good Pre-Friday Everyone,

I know you've read me say a million times  ( well maybe not quite that much ) that we ALL have so much in our lives to be grateful for.   It is SO true everyone.    No matter how bleak our life may look to us I know for a fact you can always be grateful for something.    After all....you opened your eyes...you are breathing this AM ( or I assume you are ) and you have the internet and a computer or access to one or you wouldn't be here on OH.   You are also have/ or are in the process of having WLS or you wouldn't be here either.    That alone is something to be grateful for.    Today I am so very grateful for my life....stress and all.   Everyone who knows me personally knows I don't deal with stress well at all.    In fact I am a stress eater and that is something that I am going to have to change.   It is really messing with my "journey".    I am grateful for my "tool' ( WLS ) of choice.   I know when I have a weight re-gain I can work hard and it will come off.    That is something that I truly struggled with pre-WLS.    Grateful for my WL journey even though it hasn't been perfect....it is a good journey.    Grateful for OH and these messageboards and all the amazing people on these boards helping others out with questions and with their journeys.     Grateful for my life and family.    PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.   Have a blessed day and please remember to stay hydrated.

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

grateful to have a home and a garden.  Summer rains have harmed my garden but I still got tomatoes and blackberries this morning.  Peppers are ready and I have kale for my eggbeaters.  the sun is shining and I am going to ride my pony before it gets too hot.
