Since I live nearby, I concur! Chilly!

Two weeks on thyroid meds, tons of exercise, and I'm down one pound. I'll take it! I've been gaining no matter what so that's good news!

B- 1/4c oats, protein powder, unsweetened almond milk

S- fage, green beans

L- 3 oz ground turkey, handful dark chocolate chips

D- tilapia, zucchini, sunflower seeds

S- chocolate protein shake

Exercise- 60 min kickboxing, 30 min strength (legs/abs day)
