Hi everyone, I had my RYN surgery on the 10th of June, and I guess am classed as a light weight, at least that's what the nurse told me yesterday. I've lost a total of 44 lbs since starting opti. Which really isn't a lot compared to others on other forums. So I'm just saying 'hi', and will continue to read past posts. Have a great weekend!

Lapband surgery in 2009 - Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260) SW - (197) GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs HT 5'5" Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14 reached 4/6/14

Thank you Southernlady! I'm 5 6' and surgery weight 249. Personal goal weight is 150. What are my percentages? I'm not sure about the math!
