WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.
It's almost 2:00 and I am just eating. I haven't had or even thought about eating since my morning Protein drink. I have learned that if I don't bring snacks to work I don't crave them.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Have you tried the SF Hershey baking chips? They are pretty good,

Work has been crazy since I'm out of the office this week. Been getting to the job site at 6:30AM and getting back to the hotel at 6 or 7PM. I packed a container of my ground turkey mix, protein drinks and cheese sticks (just in case) and I'm keeping them in the frig in my room.
