Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

It's almost 2:00 and I am just eating.  I haven't had or even thought about eating since my morning Protein drink. I have learned that if I don't bring snacks to work I don't crave them.

Protein:    Matrix Mint Cookie 35g.  
Lunch      Tuna, Boiled egg, and Mayo on 2 slices of Wheat Bread
Protein:    Syntrax Lemon Tea  23g

Dinner      Baked Chicken and 1/2 cup stuffing

Snack:     100 Calorie Popcorn (98% fat free)

Easy to eat less on a gym "rest day". OMG they are competing forces!

Have you tried the SF Hershey baking chips?  They are pretty good,

Are you using Good Protein in your shakes?  What's your Protein total?

I didn't know they made any- thanks! I can't be low carb, but I can be lower sugar.

 

I use Jay Robb and Isopure. My minimum is 100g of protein per day. More importantly, 40% or greater of calories from protein each day.

Work has been crazy since I'm out of the office this week.  Been getting to the job site at 6:30AM and getting back to the hotel at 6 or 7PM.  I packed a container of my ground turkey mix, protein drinks and cheese sticks (just in case) and I'm keeping them in the frig in my room.

L:  1//4 cup ground turkey, quinoa, spinach and cottage cheese

D:  1/4 cup canned chicken, 1/2 hardboiled egg and maybe some green beans

S:  Chocolate protein shake 30g

Vitamins done, water "okay" but working on it.

Too tired and too hot to exercise
