Menus and Miles Wednesday July 24th
Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.
I have missed you ALL Tremendously!!!!!!! At 5 minutes before closing last night I got my desk cleared....YEAH!!!! The last job I had to do was fold a lot of inserts that need to be included with the mailing going out at the end of the week and someone volunteered to help me get them done. July 1st was the beginning of our fiscal and and it has been rough. I actually feel free as a bird this morning. The only good thing that came out of this was that I have been so busy I haven't had time to think about snacking. I'm hoping with a little extra time those old habits don't creep back in.

AWE.....wish I was there to help you. Did I tell you I was the library secretary in our Jr. High for for 6 years. I always volunteered in high school and I loved it. I quit when I got pregnant with our 2nd one and I still regret it. The girl who took my position is retired already.
Sounds Good Linda!

haha...I'm usually pretty positive. I talk to myself a lot when I get negative. My DH gets so upset with me when he wants to be negative but I find something good in it...LOL.
Happy Surgiversary!!! I'm so glad you are a part of our group!!!
Remind me again...what surgery did you have before that?
Do you really call it southern fried chicken? We call it that because the southern states used to be noted for that. I think because of the slave days (might be wrong...no one take offense please) What is your reason for calling it that?
Good Menu!

That's Awesome! I walked every day during my 6 months before surgery and I wal****asionally now but nothing to brag about. Maybe my legs wouldn't be so bad if I had kept it up.
I had to look up Pirates booty....LOL It says there are 130 calories in 1 oz. you mustn't eat very much of it.
