We'll work with both...revisions are different to figure from virgin surgeries.

Surgery weight 226 - 125 is 101 excess lbs. 26/101 is 26%

IF you use the Revision weight: 219-125 is 94 excess. 19/94 is 20%.

Highest weight: 241-125 is 116. 41/116 is 35%

I like the last one best, LOL.

Here are my stats. I was 191 pre op  then 183 right before surgery. I am 5 weeks post op yesterday and I am now 166, I'm  4 ft 9 in.

At 4'9", 115 is a 25 BMI. So 191 - 115 is  76 lbs excess.

191 - 166 = 25

25/76 = 33%

That is what i had calculated, but it sounded too good to me and some people count from weight right before surgery and not from starting weight so it confused me.

Thank you and God Bless. I feel great about my progress. It hasn't been easy but I work at it everyday. My surgeon said i was doing very well also. Looking forward to getting all the excess weight off and maintaining which is most important:)

Depends on your starting/high weight. I used the weight I was the day I signed into my surgeon's office. But my highest weight actually happened about 8 years before that. So *I* don't count my high weight, I use my first surgeon visit weight.
