It was so hot here and now it is chilly. My flowers look pretty much ruined and that is so upsetting to me. I had to take every bloom off of my zinnias and they were so beautiful a week ago. I hope it starts blooming again.  I only got 1 tomato from my plant and the other ones don't seem to be getting any bigger.

Hi Roz,

I think it is cooler here today also, but still raining and storming.  I have to travel tomorrow so I hope the rain lets up for a little while.

I need to order some carbquik.  I think I have enough left to make one batch of muffins.  I was enjoying them way to much so I took a break.  I'm hoping since I have be skipping my snacks I might be able to control craving them.

I'm not back on diet yet, but I figured I should get in the habit here!

B- protein pancake
S- strawberries
L- chicken & veggie stir fry and brown rice
S- portobello mushroom, 2 oz ground turkey, handful semi-sweet chocolate chips (just being honest!)
D- 3 oz grilled chicken and broccoli

Exercise- 60 min kickboxing, 15 min abs



Highest weight 250/ SW 233/Lowest Weight 135/Regain Highest 175/Current Weight 160

Glad you are back!  "diet" is a nasty word....LOL.   I never want to be on a diet again!!

Hi Roz - I'm in Norfolk for the week.  heat index is still hovering around 100 degrees with humidity - ugh.  Storms around and some of the clouds look horrible. 

Eating as good as I can expect I guess..

B - coffee and a starbucks skinny carmel macchiato and a piece of their pumpkin bread.  I was worried about the sugar and what it would do to me but i was ok

L - Arby's chicken pecan wrap.  They have multi-grain wraps so that may be my new favorite fast food place.  NO FRENCH FRIES!

D - mongolian BBQ with meat and veggies.  I did have a piece of some kind of flatbread with sesame seeds.  Oh and egg drop soup.  I need to find a good recipe for it - I love it!

Vits:  yes

Water;  did ok
