It's cooler here today and my ankle isn't as swelled which meant the scale was down some....YEAH! I don't want winter to come but I sure miss seeing 119 on the scale. Seeing 121 is crappy.

I went to the hospital and my eye has been pronounced better. Now I just have to make an appointment with the optician this weekend before getting the all clear to wear lenses again.

Got cooler in New York too. Glad you are feeling better.
Still seem to be losing since arriving three weeks ago. I'm surprised too, I expected an uptick with my mom's cooking in play. But, I've stuck to small portion and not to drink my calories. And, I also think it had to do with a drug I went off of. So far so good. Now if I could just ship my guy to NY from Denver, I'd be all set. I miss him desperately.

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Very busy day with the vet here at 8:30, then 4 meetings back to back. Then to the gym for muscle pump . I definately needed the stress relief. On top of all that, one of my trees lost about half of it last night so we had to have someone come get it off the driveway and taken away. All this darn rain.
