got a ride in on Poppy this morning and now it is raining again. Leaving for Zumba soon. Been very busy lately and it continues. I think it is so cool that we can be friends even across the pond. My DD Coaches All-Star Cheerleading and so many of our girls have made friends from other countries through a cheerleading site. They get to actually meet some of them when we have Worlds in the spring.

Hi Roz. Travelled to Norfolk for r week for work. Stopped at Wendy's ate French fries. Sugar teetered. You'd think I'd know better.

L - Wendy's chicken wrap and ff. ate 1 wrap. They gave me the wrong one and threw the other one away
D - cheese and chickene quesadilla at the hotel on a spinach wrap

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
