Good Morning Beautiful people !!!
Hope your getting ready for a awesome weekend. Today I am grateful for living another year. Today I am 60 yrs. young. I say young because I do NOT feel old. LOL I am so grateful for all the things and people in my life. I am a truly blessed person. Grateful for my WLS and although I am not at the "perfect number on the scale or BMI chart" I am OK with who I am. I am grateful to finally be OK with that. Grateful for Obesity Help and all the amazing people on these message boards who daily give of themselves so that others will be able to walk this WL journey with confidence. PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed day and weekend !!!

I am 64 years Young. Since WLS, I have gotten younger instead of older. I was such an old lady before, now nothing keeps me down.
