1.   Tell me about your favorite pet, now or anytime? I'm a cat person. Have been since I turned 10. In fact, I've had cats almost continually since then. ALL of them are special. But of the ones I've had, Smoky was my favorite. She told me that dh was for me by accepting him so easily. She usually hated strangers but she took to him immediately. I lost her about 2 months after I had my older cat at the time put to sleep. The older one was ready. Smoky died of grief...her "mama" was no longer around. Angel wasn't her real mama but had been there since Smoky first joined the family back in Belgium.

2.   What is your favorite color? Christmas Red and bright blue.

3.   What is your favorite sport to do?  to watch on TV? I don't really care sports...if I have one that I even come close to doing...swimming. To watch on TV...none but dh loves to watch stuff so I end up watching by default.

4.   Plans for the weekend??? On the final stretch of the bathroom renovation. Installing a vanity and a toilet and then we are DONE. Then packing goes into high gear. Closing is a WEEK from Monday. And moving is in two weeks from Monday.

1)  My sweet dog Gracie.  I wanted a dog forever but waiting until I owned my first house and she is sleeping on the sofa as I write this.  She is my steady companion (short, golden retriever/spaniel mix mutt!)

2)  I love all pastels

3) I liked playing softball for fun when I was younger.  Love riding the bike now and hikiing.  Always loved swimming.  Love to watch diving on tv.  Also love the olympics!

4) I need to do some serious de-clutterring which I do not like doing as well as organizing.  I do not feel well so we will see.  Just did some so it is a start.  Worked out earlier even though I have a very bad sore throat and congestion.  Tomorrow I hope to exercise again and have a massage scheduled.   I have a first date next week with someone whom it appears we have a lot in common so I am nervous and excited!  I pray it goes well.

Liz...I thought you all werent moving unti Oct??!!  wow!  good luck especially in this heat!!!

Hope you feel better soon.  I hate being sick in the summer.

1.   Tell me about your favorite pet, now or anytime?  That has to be JJ.  He really was the best dog in the world.  So good and loyal.  He died in May, 2012 at 12 and I still miss him.  I have 2 of his babies and the girl reminds me so much of him I sometimes forget for a minute and think it is him but there will never be another dog like JJ.  Even my boyfriend loved him and he is not a pet person.

2.   What is your favorite color? Probably blue and or purple.  Although most of my clothes seem to be black or blue jeans.

3.   What is your favorite sport to do?  to watch on TV?  Not a sports person at all.  I would rather watch paint dry then sit through sports.  The closest I get to a sport is riding my bike.

4.   Plans for the weekend???  Work, as always and then I will probably ride my bike for a while since it stays light out until about 9 pm now.  The only problem is I have to go to bed early for work and it's hard to go to bed when I have been outside so late.  There just isn't enough time to do everything like eat dinner.

I certainly think your bike is a sport.  And I understand about the rest of them.  Some is just painful to sit through but luckily DH doesn'****ch a lot, other than golf and I can just tune that out.

My boyfriend likes nascar.  Really?  He can sit for hours watching a bunch of cars going in circles.  He records it and then zips through it.  He, like most, is jus****ching to see if there is a crash.
