I bet you are getting tired of egg too!!  I eat them but it is only about once or maybe twice a week.

I was on the straight and narrow this week.  Protein Protein Protein.  Trying to get back to my low before my 4 year check up next month.  I would like to drop atleast 2 more pounds, I would be thrilled with  3 or 4 though.

I eat a lot of eggs but I mix up how I prepare them.  Keeps it interesting. 

No idea for last week but was 135 today. While its not great ill take it. I saw 138 earlier this week....... I've let carbs creep back in so I guess with 135 I'm pleasantly surprised. On the road for work this week. Will be eating out and try to make good choices (unlike today) 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Jody, being at 135 is great...eating out is a challenge. Good luck.

I'll survive altho eating eggs after we move may be a bit of a challenge to get past the "OMG, not again".

Up one, family reunion this weekend and to much junk food around and some of it went in my mouth.

My first family reunion post op,  ALL WE DO IS EAT AND PLAN WHAT IS TO EAT NEXT!!

Glad it only happens one weekend a year!  It really made me aware of how much non WTL people eat, and how much I used to eat.

Sounds like our family reunions, Candy...if not eating, you are planning on the next meal.

One lb isn't bad...it's time to nip it in the bud tho...focus on protein and fluids!

I'm bouncing, too.  But it's part of my losing cycle.  Down three, up two, hold, down one, up one,  hold, lose three.

Last week: 189 (which was an 8 lb drop)

This week: 187 ( I saw 186 yesterday, but bounce)

So, it's 2 lbs officially.
