Menus and Miles Wednesday July 17th
Hi Roz!
Eating was ok today. I intended on being bad and the restaurant was packed and I walked out. Went to the grocery store, bought some good stuff and came back and cooked it!!
B - coffee and corned beef hash and egg (home made - yummy!)
S - some wheat thins (yes, they're still here)
L - 1/2 skinny BLT (turkey) sub on wheat
D - portebella mushroom pizza with ham - oh yummy. So funny how our tool works. I can't remember the last time my nose has run like it did tonight, and I didn't eat hardly anything!!! Gotta love it! I'm SO glad I don't mourn food.
Vits: yes
water: did good with my ice tea today

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

P: nectar grapefruit protein drink 23g (didn't like it but I finished it anyway)
S: Cheddar cheese stick
L: 1/4 cup ground turkey, quinoa, spinach and cottage cheese
P: Unjury Strawberry Sorbet in SF pink lemonade 42g
D: Chinese food ... Chicken w/ veggies (I didn't like it either) ate some of the chicken and that was it The boss brought it in for us.
S: Nectar Vanilla Bean protein shake w/ unsweetened almond milk
