Today was great until about 3pm. Then the floor fell about a foot, bad news at work. The kind that just makes you feel sick and you know other lives are devastated. I can't even imagian the fallout. I came home and told my husband I just wanted a burger from a drive thru. He talked down from the really bad food choice. Took me to a great burger place to get a real beef cheese burger sans bun.

Good job hubby! It's awesome you have great support there - trust me, if you had eaten that burger you would have regretted it.
Bad news still throws me for a loop and I never thought I was an emotional eater... but I am.
Hang in there. Your tool and hubby will help you get through it without going back to old habits.
