Yep I used to write in here for the first year/two after surgery! I had to be on clear liquids for 2 weeks because of a stomach virus I had so my pouch is very sensitive again...so I'm working my way back up to more calories

another busy day at work but I did a better job of getting some cals in.

I feel for you Roz.  I can post a small reply from my iPhone, but no way could I post my meals.

L:  Crockpot Chicken Fajita w/ peppers & onions

D:  1/4 cup pimento cheese, 2 carbquik crackers(well they were kind of like crackers!!)
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink
S:  1/2 cup blueberries

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  110 ozs.
Miles:  I don't guess I can count picking blueberries....got almost another gallon and still have lots on the bushes

Very busy day and just now getting around to posting.  Drove Halley this morning, walked the fencelines spraying weeds with the backpack sprayer.  3 gal of water is heavy!!! then work and meetings.  Now finishing payroll so it will be ready at 8am in the morning. Whew.
