Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSSDURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Oh dear - thank goodness for mobile internet, yay!! :-D

I was pulled into a no notice meeting this morning that went on for ages so only got in 3 shakes today - oh well I'm sure I'll be fine.

This beautiful heat we're having really does have in a good mind set (ie happy) apart from when it comes to exercising!!  Having lost my excess weight I'm quite enjoying not getting sticky in this heatwave and why would I want to mess that up by exercising - oops, wrong attitude!! :-S

I think it's strange when you copy and paste something it shows up completely different.  Exercise and I don't get along...haha. I probably wouldn't be so flabby if I had started exercising early out.

Even with only 3 shakes you got more protein in than most.

Hi Roz!  Sorry about the no-internet... what a pain.

B - scrambled eggs with onions and red peppers and a 1/2 piece of ham

L - some wheat thins (ugh - found them) and cheese

D - I have a corn beef brisket in the crockpot, but it was still frozn so I don't know if it will be done for dinner.

Vits:  my multi - need to take my b and D and iron

The state is changing everything and it is such a pain.  All of our computers and monitors were cut from the state budget so everything needs to be switched over to our local system.  Our director thought it would only take a couple of of days and this is the 3rd day and he still isn't finished. At least we have local for the moment but you never know when it will be zapped away.

At least you added some protein to your wheat things....LOL

How in the world did we survive without internet????  The only time I wish I had it on my phone is when we are on vacation.  I am constantly bugging my girls to look things up for me.

I soooo wish I could drink lemonade. I even had to give up my Snapple.  I can drink it for a day or two but then it starts irritating my tummy.

Walked/ran for 30 mins, water is good and I need to take my vits tonight when I get home have a good day everyone!!!
