Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!   WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSSDURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.  

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

 

No Internet service at work today......ugh. I went and got my IPad and stealing service from someone else.  I broke down and bought some of the homemade chips at Arby's.........     Thank goodness I didn't like them!  I gave them to our Director. They have been tempting me for weeks now so I'm glad it's over.

THE SUN IS SHINING!!! finally.  I got a ride in with Poppy  before it got too hot, then have had a very frustrating day trying to get appointments set, paperwork done and changes made to the state computer set up for my business.  Ugh.  Going to muscle pump   to work out some stress.

No internet at work?  That would mean we could all go home... since that IS how we work!

Carbs have crept back in... not surprised.  I also have to get protein coffee back into my routine.

I've been sick at home for the past few days.  I have "sludge" in my gallbladder and it isn't any fun.  I went to the doctor and we are trying to not do surgery unless absolutely necessary (my choice).  I tried to get in solid proteins and they just came back up so I've been living on protein shakes made double strength with water or unsweetened unflavored almond milk.  Saltines and a little ground turkey have been it for solids.

We had problems with our wireless today.  It has been Monday all day today...crazy day at work.  DH wanted to go out to supper when I got home.

I had to work today.  Too busy to post and too busy to eat!  When I got home at 5pm, my calorie count was at 230.  But my water was at 48oz.

Walked 30 minutes on the treadmill and started my job as a camp administrators at a drama camp.

conch w masaman curry onions and coconut "milk" ( ff powdered milk , butter buds and coconut flavoring )

2 slices mozarell and proscuitto roll w fresh basil

pink grapefruit juice  2 large glasses

homegrown cherries glass red wine maybe air popped popcorn later or skinny cow ice milk sandwich

 

exercise - visit to lawyers office then pacing kitchen floor for several hours lol.  its hundred degree heat - I Should be watering but situation has me ridiculously depressed
