I've never done it but I find if I go to all protein (well, almost), I can get decarbed and back on track pretty quickly. I still eat leafy greens and green veggies but no starchy anything.
I haven't read it in quite a while but I thought it was clears the first day, full liquids the second, soft protein like cheese and yogurt the 3rd, can't remember what after that.
